These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of knowyourcoupons.com and the KYCs Android app (together, the "Service"), operated by AddVector ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Know Your Coupons is a personal coupon vault: you can add coupons manually, forward coupon emails, or upload screenshots/PDFs, and we'll help extract, organize, search and remind you about them before they expire.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your password and any API keys confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access — you can revoke individual sessions from Profile > Security > Sessions & Devices at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the coupons, images, text and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you give us permission to store, process and display Your Content back to you as part of operating the Service — including running it through AI-assisted and rule-based extraction to pull out coupon details. We don't claim ownership of Your Content and don't use it for anything beyond providing the Service to you.
Coupon details extracted by the Service — from text, screenshots, PDFs or forwarded emails — are provided for your convenience and may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm a coupon's terms and validity with the issuing brand or retailer before relying on it. Know Your Coupons is not affiliated with, and does not issue, guarantee or endorse, any third-party coupon, brand or offer stored in your vault.
The Free plan is available today at no cost. Paid Pro and Family plans are planned but not yet available; when they launch, their features and pricing will be described before you're asked to pay for anything. We may add, change or retire features of the Free plan, with reasonable notice for material changes.
If you generate an API key, you're responsible for keeping it secret and for all requests made with it. We may rate-limit, throttle or revoke API access that we reasonably believe is abusive or harms the Service for other users.
You can deactivate your account at any time from Profile > Security. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated extraction will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddVector and Know Your Coupons will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed coupon expiries or extraction errors. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above; continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
