Works the same whether you're on the web or the Android app.
Log in, then go to Profile > Security > Danger Zone, and select Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and everything in it - every coupon, uploaded screenshot/PDF, reminder setting, session, and preference. There's no grace period and no way to undo it from the UI or by contacting us afterward.
Lost access to your account (forgot your password and can't reset it, lost the email address, etc.)? Email hello@knowyourcoupons.com from any address, including your registered one if you still have it, describing the account you'd like deleted. We'll verify it's really you and delete the account and its data on your behalf.
Everything tied to your account: your profile (name, email, phone if set), every coupon and its uploaded files, reminder and notification settings, developer API keys, login sessions, and support ticket history. Nothing is kept in a "soft-deleted" or recoverable state - deletion is immediate and permanent.
A small number of internal audit-log entries (e.g. "an account was deleted on this date") are retained with the account reference removed, purely for security/abuse investigation - these contain no coupon data, email, or other personal information once your account is deleted.
